Client-owned contracts

 
 

special considerations

Client-owned contracts require you to deliver and pick-up your RV from our shop within one week of scheduled start and end dates. Your RV must be insured and proof of insurance is required for us to begin work on your RV.

Client is responsible for exterior maintenance including, but not limited to tires, awning, seals, tanks. RV must be sealed and leak free upon delivery. Known water damage must be repaired prior to our renovations. We will not work on RVs with active leaks.

Client is responsible for ensuring plumbing, electrical, and appliances are all in working condition. Our estimates do not include servicing mechanicals in client-owned RVs.


our fees

Client-owned estimates begin at a minimum of $15,000. Estimates vary depending on the scope of your renovation and design project. When you schedule your consultation call, you will receive a follow-up sliding scale estimate. If you decide to Work With Us and reserve a renovation appointment, a detailed estimate will be provided during the in-depth design phase.

In the event repairs are uncovered during the renovation process, we will reach out to you to determine next steps. Typically clients choose to pay us an hourly rate to repair incidentals that arise and/or adjust the scope of the renovation to stay within budget.


decor and styling

Decor and styling is an optional add-on service we offer to clients during the in-depth design phase when determining the final budget. Many of our clients use their RVs for short-term rentals and want a turn-key package which we are happy to offer!

Our Decor and Styling package includes all wall art, greenery, table and shelving decor, pillows, throws, rugs, and quilts (no sheets). Plus, we also include access to styled and edited photos for your use in marketing your short-term rental.
