Our most popular contract! As a pre-purchase client you have the benefit of getting exactly the RV and design you envision for yourself, your family or your business. During our free consultation call we discuss what type of RV you are looking for including specifics like weight, length, sleeping capacity, and budget.
After you’ve decided to Work With Us, we go shopping for you! During the shopping phase we are in close contact sending pics and layouts of potential RVs. When we locate one you like, we go take a look and ensure the RV is in good condition and properly maintained. We give you report and let you decide if this is “the one” or not before purchasing.
With pre-purchase contracts, we also take responsibility for ensuring the exterior is maintained. We replace tires and awnings if necessary as well as re-seal the roof and seams. We also take responsibility for appliances and mechanicals ensuring they are all in good working condition.
our rates
Our pre-purchase estimates are currently starting in the $42,000-$60,000 range depending on the year, make, and model. This includes the RV procurement services as well as the RV renovation and design. Estimates may vary depending on the RV you are looking for as well as the scope of customization the design includes.
Once we have the RV you picked out, we schedule an in-depth design consultation. We walk through the RV with you (typically via video chat) and discuss the changes you want to make. We then follow-up with a detailed design proposal and options for you to choose from.
decor and styling
Decor and styling is an optional add-on service we offer to clients during the in-depth design phase when determining the final budget. Many of our clients use their RVs for short-term rentals and want a turn-key package which we are happy to offer!
Our Decor and Styling package includes all wall art, greenery, table and shelving decor, pillows, throws, rugs, and quilts (no sheets). Plus, we also include access to styled and edited photos for your use in marketing your short-term rental.
