We already have the RV of your dreams and you can snag it up before we list it on RV listings sites!

Sometimes pre-sale RVs are sitting in inventory waiting for a spot to open up on the renovation calendar. Other times pre-sale RVs are underway and we could be at any point in the process. Depending on when you make a deposit, you may have an opportunity to schedule an in-depth design consultation and personalize the RV.

Pre-sale contracts require a deposit to hold the RV prior to renovations. If we have already started on renovations a deposit plus an interest-free payment plan is established.

our rates

Our pre-sale listings are currently starting in the $42,000-$60,000 range depending on the year, make, and model. This includes the RV as well as all interior renovations and exterior maintenance.

Depending on where we are in the renovation process when you contract us, there may be opportunities to customize and personalize the design. Extensive layout and design changes may result in additional design fees.

decor and styling

Decor and styling is an optional add-on service we offer to clients during the in-depth design phase when determining the final budget. Many of our clients use their RVs for short-term rentals and want a turn-key package which we are happy to offer!

Our Decor and Styling package includes all wall art, greenery, table and shelving decor, pillows, throws, rugs, and quilts (no sheets). Plus, we also include access to styled and edited photos for your use in marketing your short-term rental.
